I offer all aspects of video production, covering everything from start to finish. I can help you plan and script your project, while making sure that the video will effectively meet your goals. I tend carefully to the details of each stage of production: shooting, editing, and post-production, making sure your video looks and sounds its absolute best.
I own all the equipment necessary for a full production including camera, lights, microphones, and the full Adobe Creative Suite. If you are wanting a special look, I am happy to work with local vendors to rent the required equipment if I am not capable of producing it with my own gear.
Video production and photography go hand-in-hand. If your business or project is in need of photographs to go along with you video, look no further! I shoot with a DSLR camera for all of my video work, so adding in still photos to your package is as easy as flipping a switch.
Every wedding has a unique story behind it. Video can be a great way to cherish and remember one of the most special days in your life. I take the same documentary approach to your wedding as I do other projects. I will work closely with you to discover your goals for the video. Do you just want the highlights in a fun, entertaining way? Do you want a mini documentary of the day and your story, complete with friends and family interviews? Or are you just looking to capture a record of the ceremony? It's up to you and I will be happy to work with you to make sure you and your fiancé have a product worthy of the story behind your relationship.
Editing is my favorite part of the process! Editing is where the story is truly crafted, where the experience is created. I view it like a puzzle. All the pieces are laid out during pre-production and shooting, but editing is where you can finally start to see your story come together. I primarily work with Adobe systems, but I have experience working with Final Cut Pro and Avid MediaComposer.
Video & Audio Post-Production
Post-production is where we make the video shine and sound smooth. During the editing process, I will be taking shots from a wide variety of sources and times of day. They won't always flow together right out of the camera. Some might look too dark, a little light, or even just plain dull. The color correction process is meant to blend your shots together and make them look their absolute best, ensuring that your audience is focusing on your story, not individual shots. The same can be said for the audio. The post production process is used to make voices sound more natural and clean up the transitions between cuts so you hear only a smooth track.
I also offer basic motion graphics to supplement your video: lower thirds, titles, animated logos. If you aren't sure what level service you will need on graphics, please feel free to contact me and we will work out the best option for you.
